Last updated: 2026-09-01
This app serves parents and coaches of Kidult Sports. We collect and store: parent contact numbers, student names and dates of birth, class attendance records, payment records (no card details), and messages you send within the app. For coach accounts, location is recorded only at the moment of check-in to verify venue presence — there is no continuous tracking.
Data is used solely for class administration: scheduling, attendance, make-up classes, payment reconciliation and class-related notifications. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing. Push notifications are delivered via Apple/Google push services.
Data is stored on our servers in Singapore. After a student leaves, records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. To access, correct or delete your personal data, contact us below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
